Opportunity Cost

Our Government in order to promote the welcoming atmosphere on the Beijing Olympic Game, the LCSD offers free sport facilities from July to September. In my view, it may not be a good idea.
In spite of this programme might promote of doing exercises, in order to get a place in using those facility, everyone need to queue up before 7 o' clock in the morning, no matter you are willing to pay for it or not. As a result, even the regular users like sport clubs or regional teams need to compete with the citizens all over Hong Kong for sport facilities. This interferes the training schedules of them, since the summer vacation is the golden period for these organisations as most of the students are free and able to attend full time training, Resulting in backside the sports development.
Besides, since these facilities offer at no cost, people book many facilities as they can even through they are not avaliable on that day. These led to mismatch of resources as the real demanding user could not use those facilities.
A coin always has two sides, in these special period, even through there are inconvenience, couldn't we bear that?

The morning bird gets the worm

It was long time ago when I got up during sunrise. I did it today! Looking up the sky, watching it changed from deep purple to blue and then pale blue and finally it turned white! What a fantastic scenery! Afterward, I went jogging from Tai Kok Tsui to Sham Shui Po for about 2 km. A not too bad start, right? Filling with the fresh unpolluted air in the morning, I felt comfortable.

Hope that I can continue this habit. Good Morning, Cukoo...

試後閒事

為了改善本人之中英文表達能力，減少詞不達意的出現，今後將梅花間竹地以雙語寫日記。
考試完結，身心俱疲，沒有動力再去接觸書本了。自星期五做完釀酒實驗後，我再沒有揭開課本了。星期六日打球、闔家上茶樓、逛街、打機。今天一早考Oral，在P Ho面前很客氣你推我讓地討論，九時半考完，回家學玩Flight Simulator! 一會兒二時至四時練Choir。我發現，悠閒地過日子原來是這樣舒適。讀書一定不是我的全部，我要有一個充實的暑假!

中六期考前的一週

至上篇日記，己過接近兩週了。考試臨近，忙得不可開交。書，第一次預知居然不能溫習完成！過了端午，考試就接踵而來，物理、化學、生物，首次意識到不做歷年試題將無一懂答。
船到橋頭自然直？是我一廂情意而已。
中化第二次閱書報告在週二完成，今次書目為魯言的香港掌故。我們定了中醫作為題目，經過分工自定分題。我選了東華三院對中醫的影響，相比上次苦苦思索兩天也寫不出半版紙，只有大量零雜意念，今次可說是非常樂觀，今次在香港中央圖書館慢慢踱步，每天坐下抄寫約千字，雖最初覺結構混亂，但寫完突然靈機一動，想到排列方法，可惜沒有時間打字，幸得周老師以人道立場體察學生，週二凌晨完成打字及排版，可以暫時安睡。
